Linear bearing is a kind of linear motion system with high precision, low cost and low friction resistance. Today we will introduce the installation steps of linear bearing.
The first step is to clean the relevant burrs before installing the linear bearing to ensure that there are no related scratches, clean its reference surface, and apply rust-proof lubricating oil evenly.
The second step is to place the linear bearing on the bed, and use the lateral fixing screws to fit the mounting surface along the line rail. Before installation, it is necessary to determine whether the fixing position of the screw meets the requirements.
The third step is to tighten and fix the positioning screws of the linear bearing in a certain order from the center to the two sides, so that the track and the vertical surface are fitted together, so that stable accuracy can be obtained.
The fourth step, use a special wrench to lock according to different materials, and slowly rotate the set screw of the linear bearing until it is fixed.
The fifth step, you can use the same installation method to install another auxiliary rail of the linear bearing. At this stage, pay attention to the situation that the linear slide rail cannot be installed due to the limited space after the slide seat is installed.
The sixth step is to move the platform until the bearing main rail and auxiliary rail, and then tighten the lateral tightening screws. After the installation is completed, simply debug the equipment used. After the debugging meets the requirements of use, carry out related of lubrication.
