Installation of the reference side rail

After the assembly screws are informally locked, use a small vice to bring the slide rail into close contact with the horizontal reference plane, then formally tighten the assembly screws, and repeat them in sequence according to the distance between the assembly screws.

Installation of passive side rails

After installing the reference side rail correctly, it is recommended to follow the following methods when installing the passive side rail.

method with straight line

Adjust the linear block gauge placed between the 2 slide rails to be parallel to the lateral reference plane of the reference side slide rail through the dial gauge, and then use the friendship line block gauge as the benchmark to adjust the position of the passive side slide rail through the dial gauge. For straightness, tighten the assembly screws in order from the end of the shaft.

How to move the workbench

Fix the 2 sliders of the reference axis on the worktable, and informally fix the slide rail and the slider (1) on the passive side on the bed and the worktable respectively, and fix the support of the dial indicator on the table. On the worktable, the side fixed terminal of the dial indicator is in contact with the side of the slider on the passive side, move the worktable from the shaft end, and fix the screws in order while finding out the parallelism.

Follow the method of the base side rail

Install the worktable on the slide rail on the reference side and the slide rail on the passive side that is informally locked. The two slides on the reference side and one of the two slides on the passive side are fixed with screws, and the remaining passive slides are fixed with screws. The sliding block on the side is firstly locked informally to make the table move, and the assembly screws of the sliding rail on the passive side are locked in sequence while checking the rolling force.
