Linear bearing is a common mechanical part. In some high-speed rotating equipment, we can see that after purchasing a new linear bearing and before installation, users should do these homework to ensure smooth installation.

1: The new linear bearing needs to be checked in terms of size and aperture. After the old linear bearing is removed, the new bearing should be compared with the old linear bearing, and the replaced bearing should be the same.

2: Clean the installation position. At the connection of the linear bearing, due to long-term high-speed operation, some traces will be left, including impurities and dust. Before the new linear bearing is installed, these particles and impurities need to be cleaned up. , For some oil stains, it should also be scrubbed clean, and special detergents can be used for cleaning.

3: The linear bearing needs to be connected with screws, the screw opening on the equipment needs to be checked, and the sealing of the screw opening should be checked at the same time, and the tightened thread should be kept intact, otherwise the new linear bearing will not be installed when it is tightened. It can be effectively tightened, resulting in the loosening of the linear bearing.

4: Before the linear bearing is installed, the operator should check the bearing comprehensively, mainly to check whether there is friction in the internal control, whether there is scratches or corrosion on the surface of the linear bearing. If there is such a situation, it needs to be replaced. It can be installed only after, and it is necessary to check whether the connection of the spindle is reliable and whether the operation of the equipment is normal.
