What Is The Special Bearing For Ball Screw
What is the special bearing for ball screw?
Generally, the ball screw can be used with angular contact ball bearings, and the bearings can be installed face-to-face on the two shaft ends of the ball screw. If it is a special screw for special equipment, if it is proposed to use a special bearing in the equipment installation manual, it can be assembled according to the relevant instructions.
Ball screw bearings and linear guides (including sliders) have been standardized and industrialized, and belong to the linear motion series of transmission accessories.

According to the size of the inner hole, there are only a dozen. The same goes for the rails!
Note: These inner and outer diameters are all standard, the width of the Japanese system is slightly smaller, and the width of the German system (including China) is slightly larger (there are also small widths, but the price is very high)
It is best to use bearings with P4 or higher precision for this kind of bearing (the lowest in Japan is P4. Germany has a simplified version without precision, use it with caution). In order to improve rigidity and accuracy, this kind of bearing usually uses at least two bearing sets (there is a lack of free assembly in China).
Choosing rails is much simpler. Pay attention to the size of the end head and the guide rail, the overall size of the slider combination is OK, and the accuracy can be appropriately reduced according to the actual situation.
In addition, the ZARN series combined bearing is also used at the end of the screw (judging by the structure of the bearing, it may solve the problem of whether the screw will rotate), that is, several specifications, the size is consistent with the screw bearing!
