Maintenance of linear bearings: lubrication and friction: anti-corrosion oil is injected into the linear bearings. If grease is used for lubrication, the anti-corrosion oil should be removed with kerosene or natural solvent first, and then grease is added after air drying. (Lithium soap grease with adhesive label N0.2 is recommended.) If lubricating with oil, do not need to cast off anti-corrosion oil, in accordance to the temperature exchange can select ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 lubricating oil. Shaft lubrication can feed oil from the supply pipe, or from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat. Because the sealing ring will scrape off the lubricating oil, oil lubrication is not suitable for non-porous bearing with sealing ring.
