Product Details
According to ball screw nut length, we have single nut which is SFU series and double nut which is DFU series. For DFU series it is heavy obligation ball screw because it has two nuts which connect. Customer can regulate the backlash by using themselves if have needs. But for SFU series customers can not adjust backlash, only professional worker like us can do it.
DFU ball screw are better than SFU in load capacity and rigidity for the nut is longer and internal balls extent is more. The installation dimensions of single nut and double nut are the same except for the length (double nut length is twice that of single nut). At the equal time the load is more than two times the single nut. Double nut mostly used for relatively large equipment transmission.
