Description

YR offeres two type blocks of flange type and square type, 15 mm Medium load (SA) square type block EGH15SAZAC block mounting from top, these linear blocks can install with the EGR15R or EGR15U (large mounting hole M4*16 and mouting from top)linear guide rail. the rail lenght can supply1000 mm to 4000mm each piece. also if wants the length of extra than 4000mm, we can provide the joint sevice to meet your request.

The design of the EG series offers a low profile, high load capacity, and high rigidity. It also features an equal load rating in all four directions and self-aligning capability to take in installation-error, allowing for greater accuracies. Additionally, the decrease assembly height and the shorter length make the EG series more suitable for high-speed, automation machines and applications where space is limited.
The retainer is designed to hold the balls in the block even when it is removed from the rail.

Feature

(1) High positioning accuracy
When the linear guide is used as the linear guide, since the friction of the linear guide is rolling friction, not only the friction coefficient is decreased to 1/50 of the sliding guide, but also the difference between the dynamic friction and the static friction is small. Therefore, when the bed is running, there is no slippage, and the positioning accuracy of μm can be achieved.

The traditional sliding guide will inevitably cause poor platform movement accuracy due to the reverse flow of the oil film, and the lubrication will now not be sufficient due to the movement, resulting in the wear of the running track contact surface, which seriously affects the accuracy. The wear of the rolling guide is very small, so the laptop can maintain accuracy for a long time.

(3) High-speed motion low-power horsepower
Since the friction of the linear guide is very small, the mattress can be operated with much less power, especially when the bed works in a regular round-trip operation, and the power loss of the machine can be significantly reduced.
