Linear guide is consisted of rail, block, rolling elements, retainer, recirculator, end seal etc. By the use of the rolling elements, such as balls or rollers between the rail and block, the linear guide can achieve high precision linear motion.Linear guide block is divied to flange type and square type without flange.or Seal type block, Standard type block, Double bearing type block, Short type block. Also,linear block is divided to high load potential with standard block lenth and ultra high load capacity with longer block length.

Linear guideway allows a type of linear motion that utilizes rolling elements such as balls or rollers. By using recirculating rolling elements between the rail and the block, a linear guideway can achieve high precision linear motion. With these features, linear guide ways can greatly enhance moving accuracy, especially, when accompanied with specific ball screws. When using the linear guide, please avoid dust and foreign objects as much as possible. In general, please limit the working temperature to below 80 degrees Celsius. If the temperature exceeds this temperature, the plastic quit cowl of the linear slider will be damaged.

Yongrun offers two types of linear guideway which are flange and square types. Because of the low assembly height and larger mounting surface, the flange type is suitable for heavy moment load application.

HG series guideways can be classified into non-interchangeable and interchangeable types. The sizes are identical. The only difference between the two types is that the interchangeable type of blocks and rails can be freely exchanged, and their accuracy can reach up to p class. The model number of HG series contains the size, type, accuracy class, preload class, etc.
