Secondly, we all know the application of linear bearings. Now let us understand the maintenance of linear bearings. The maintenance of linear bearings is divided into two categories, one is the maintenance of metal linear bearings, and the other is the maintenance of plastic linear bearings.

For the former, it is mainly used for lubrication and friction. Specifically, anti-corrosion oil is injected into the linear bearing, and grease is added after air-drying. Shaft lubrication can be carried out from the oil supply line or from the oil hole in the bearing housing. Oil lubrication is not suitable for non-porous bearings with seals because the seals scrape the oil.

Linear maintenance of plastic linear bearing materials: Since the sliding film inside the plastic linear bearing is made of self-lubricating plastic, no additional oil supply and maintenance are required during use; and since the plastic linear bearing has chip grooves, even the bearing Or the shaft is full of dust and no maintenance is required. During the movement, dust is automatically swept from the chip chute. Therefore, compared with metal linear bearings, the maintenance and maintenance of plastic linear bearings are more convenient.
