Bearings are precision parts, so they are required to be used with considerable caution. 1. Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean

Even tiny dust invisible to the naked eye enters the bearing, which will increase bearing wear, vibration and noise.

2. Be careful when using and installing

Strong stamping is not allowed, the bearing is not allowed to be hit directly with a hammer, and pressure is not allowed to be transmitted through the rolling elements.

3. Use appropriate and accurate installation tools

Use special tools whenever possible, and try to avoid things like cloth and short fibers.

4. Prevent bearing corrosion

When taking the bearing directly by hand, fully wash off the sweat on the hands, and apply fine mineral oil before operating, especially in the rainy season and summer, pay special attention to rust prevention.

However, under certain special operating conditions, bearings can achieve longer life than traditional calculations, especially under light loads. These special operating conditions are when the rolling surfaces (tracks and rolling elements) are effectively separated by a lubricating film and limit contamination that may cause surface damage. In fact, under ideal conditions, so-called long bearing life is possible.
