Gothic arch contact design has high rigidity and accuracy attribute in all directions. Steel balls are constrained by miniature retainer so without loosing balls when dispose of the block MG Series. We provide material bearing steel and stainless steel.

Product Description

Miniature Linear Guide is small in size and lightweight, especially suitable for small equipment. Adopting 4-point contact design, it can bear load from every direction, and has good strength and high accuracy. Designed with ball retainer, which lets in interchangeability in the case of small precision. Block has lubrication system; lubrication oil can be without problems put into the oil inlet on the side.

Features of MGW Series 

1. The design of enlarged width increases the capacity of moment load. 

2. Gothic arch contact design has high rigidity characteristic in all directions. 

3. Steel balls will be held by miniature retainer to avoid the balls from falling out even when the block are removed from the rail installation. 

4. All metallic components are made of stainless steel for anti-corrosion purpose.
