Product Description

SBR/TBR linear slider guide rail series guide rail is a variety of rolling guide rail. Rolling steel balls make limitless stroke reciprocating action between the slider and the guide rail. The load platform can easily move linearly with high precision along the track. Compared with the traditional machine device guide, the friction coefficient of the rolling guide can be decreased to 1/50 of the original. Because the starting friction is greatly reduced, the occurrence of ineffective motion is relatively reduced, so high-precision feeding and positioning can be achieved. Therefore, it can cooperate with the ball screw and use the linear guide as the guide, which will greatly improve the accuracy and mechanical efficiency of the equipment.
