MGN and MGW series linear guideway can be classified into non-interchangeable and interchangeable types, which are the same size.The interchangeable type is more convenient due to replaceable rails; however, the precision is much less than non-interchangeable type. With strict dimension and quality control, the interchangeable type linear guideways would be a rather suitable choice for customers when rails don't want to be paired. The model number contains information of the size, type, accuracy, preload, and so on.

The MG series is a miniature linear guide way that comes in a compact size with a Gothic arch contact design that offers high stiffness and high rigidity against moment loads in all directions. The MG series also offers anti-corrosion protection which all material is in a special grade of stainless metal for compatibility in a number working environments. The MG series is available in a narrow block type (MGN) and also with an enlarged width (MGW).

Features of MGW Series 

1. The design of enlarged width will increase the capacity of moment load.

2. Gothic arch contact plan has high rigidity characteristic in all directions.

3. Steel balls will be held by miniature retainer to keep away from the balls from falling out even when the block are removed from the rail installation.

4. All metallic components are made of stainless steel for anti-corrosion purpose.
